- Experience leading rehearsals, stage management, and onsite execution

- Ability to build trusted partnerships with Fortune 1000 executives
- Experience scoping and tracking billable hours
- Expertise in sourcing and negotiating with vendors
- Capable of managing large event budgets with transparency
- Detail-oriented multitasker able to manage overlapping projects
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to align event objectives with client goals and manage budgets and timelines.
- Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, including Fortune 1000 executives, through clear communication.
- Source and manage expert vendors while ensuring creative deliverables align with brand standards.
- Own the production lifecycle including scoping, building technical runs of show, and managing speaker rehearsals.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact and decision-maker to lead crew coordination and technical execution.
