Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of progressive experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, learning and development, change management, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement, leadership development, career planning, performance management, or talent-management programs.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze people data, survey findings, workforce trends, and qualitative feedback and translate them into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, judgment, and the ability to build credibility and influence leaders at all levels.
  • A resourceful, results-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs, overcome obstacles, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee listening efforts, including engagement surveys, focus groups, and skip-level feedback.
  • Analyze engagement, workforce, and organizational effectiveness data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with HR and operational leaders to develop action plans that improve engagement, communication, retention, and manager capability.
  • Support Great Place to Work and other culture initiatives by helping leaders interpret feedback and prioritize improvements.
  • Serve as an internal consultant, facilitator, and coach to leaders on organizational effectiveness and team dynamics.
  • Lead and enhance talent-management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Facilitate workshops, team-effectiveness sessions, and leader assimilations to improve alignment and performance.
  • Develop and execute change-management plans for HR, operations, and organizational transformation initiatives.
