Requirements
- Active Secret clearance.
- 2–5 years of experience supporting financial management, financial systems, business operations, or DoD programs.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience analyzing financial data, researching discrepancies, and identifying practical solutions.
- Experience preparing financial reports, analyses, and correspondence.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial systems management and technical support to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Resources and Force Analysis (RFA).
- Support day-to-day financial management operations.
- Troubleshoot financial system issues.
- Assist commands with financial resources.
- Provide analytical and technical writing support.
- Manage assigned tasks independently and produce accurate professional written products.
