Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience training creators or performing as a high-performing creator within a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC affiliate program.
- Proven ability to provide detailed, actionable coaching feedback that improves content performance.
- Demonstrated data-driven results from a creator affiliate program (GMV or content performance numbers).
- Deep understanding of TikTok content trends and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Experience running live training calls and managing a Discord community.
- Fluent in English with timezone overlap with US/Canada.
- Ability to work overtime or on weekends when necessary.
- Comfortable managing daily review workflows and submission tracking.
Responsibilities
- Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, specific written feedback within 48 hours.
- Run 1-2 group training calls per week covering current content trends and conversion tactics.
- Manage the creator community on Discord including running monthly calls and challenges.
- Build and maintain a tagged content library updated weekly for the media buying team.
- Deliver weekly creator performance reports to the Partnerships Lead.
- Flag underperforming creators monthly with specific coaching notes and keep/exit recommendations.
