Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
- 4+ years of experience driving performance and process improvements within the health insurance industry.
- 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational, analytical, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to present information and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 15%).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with market teams to implement business strategies, operational plans, and scalable processes supporting LTSS, HCBS, and nursing home programs.
- Convert program vision and strategic objectives into operational tactics, organizational infrastructure, and functional requirements.
- Evaluate operational processes, identify opportunities for greater effectiveness, and coordinate improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to post-implementation planning, product expansion, and program standardization efforts.
- Apply project management methodologies to market initiatives while tracking performance and managing dependencies.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative developments affecting integrated LTSS/HCBS programs.
- Build relationships and maintain alignment across Dual Eligible, LTSS, and business teams.
- Communicate priorities, risks, and strategic direction to senior leadership.
