Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or performing as a creator inside a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC affiliate program.
- Proven track record demonstrating content performance numbers or GMV results.
- Deep understanding of creator content conversion principles.
- Expertise in providing detailed, actionable written and verbal feedback.
- Experience running group training calls.
- Experience managing Discord communities.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work overtime or on weekends as required.
- Daily active user of TikTok to stay ahead of content trends.
- Ability to provide data-backed evidence of past creator training or content performance.
Responsibilities
- Review all creator content drafts and provide written feedback within 48 hours.
- Run weekly group training calls for active creators.
- Spot and communicate emerging TikTok content trends daily.
- Manage the creator Discord community including monthly calls and quarterly challenges.
- Deliver weekly creator performance reports to the Partnerships Lead.
- Maintain a tagged content library for the media buying team.
- Flag underperforming creators with coaching notes and exit recommendations.
