Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics.
- 5 or more years of applications experience in advanced manufacturing (Solar, Battery, etc), commercial semiconductor manufacturing process, or industrial HVAC manufacturing.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of customer applications.
- Ability to adapt to various field situations.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to travel up to 35% (Domestic and International).
Responsibilities
- Develop a high-performing applications team through systematic talent development strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field application strategy with peers and business stakeholders.
- Drive design win growth above industry standards by setting ambitious targets.
- Foster and nurture technical relationships with major accounts with a CTO mindset.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to monitor and report on performance.
- Take ownership of budget planning and management for the field applications function.
