Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in systems administration and identity access management.
- Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience implementing MFA and conditional access policies.
- Strong attention to detail and a security-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Active-duty U.S. Military member qualifying for the DoD SkillBridge Program.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full user lifecycle including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes.
- Implement and maintain MFA, conditional access, and identity governance policies.
- Monitor and audit system access, authentication logs, and platform activity.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and support identity-related security incidents.
- Develop automations for account management, reporting, and audits to improve workflows.
- Partner with Security, HR, and Engineering to define and enforce access policies.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and security policies.
