Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive compensation experience.
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a public company environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation survey methodologies and platforms (e.g., Aon/Radford, Mercer).
- Strong Workday compensation experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Expertise in compensation modeling, analytics, and consulting.
- Demonstrated project leadership and program management experience.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
- Executive compensation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert compensation consultation and recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, job matches, reorganizations, job leveling, and career architecture.
- Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to resolve complex compensation matters and develop scalable solutions.
- Influence compensation program design and recommend enhancements aligned with business strategy.
- Lead compensation market studies, salary surveys, benchmarking analyses, and competitive assessments.
- Develop market composites, peer group analyses, salary structure recommendations, and models for salary range and geographic pay differential adjustments.
- Lead annual compensation review programs, including bonus processes, budget planning, and system audits.
- Support equity compensation analysis, executive compensation matters, and board presentations.
- Monitor compensation-related legislation and advise on FLSA exemption, pay transparency, and equal pay compliance.
