Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs in a public company environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation survey methodologies and platforms (e.g., Aon/Radford, Mercer).
  • Strong Workday compensation experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Expertise in compensation modeling, analytics, and consulting.
  • Demonstrated project leadership and program management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • Executive compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert compensation consultation and recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, job matches, reorganizations, job leveling, and career architecture.
  • Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to resolve complex compensation matters and develop scalable solutions.
  • Influence compensation program design and recommend enhancements aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead compensation market studies, salary surveys, benchmarking analyses, and competitive assessments.
  • Develop market composites, peer group analyses, salary structure recommendations, and models for salary range and geographic pay differential adjustments.
  • Lead annual compensation review programs, including bonus processes, budget planning, and system audits.
  • Support equity compensation analysis, executive compensation matters, and board presentations.
  • Monitor compensation-related legislation and advise on FLSA exemption, pay transparency, and equal pay compliance.
