Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, ideally with an emphasis in finance, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable quantitative field.
  • At least 3 years of professional compensation experience, including hands-on exposure to at least one annual merit cycle.
  • Strong understanding of compensation analysis, benchmarking, incentive programs, equity administration, and broader total rewards practices.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform sophisticated data analysis and financial modeling in Excel.
  • Experience working with an HRIS platform; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends or issues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple deadlines and highly sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee and compensation data, including the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • A collaborative, adaptable, results-oriented approach and the curiosity to work effectively in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing assessment, development, and optimization of global compensation strategies and programs across multiple international brands and markets.
  • Administer equity compensation programs, including processing new grants, maintaining documentation, and managing required approvals and records.
  • Maintain corporate bonus accrual files, collaborate with Finance on expected attainment, and coordinate year-end incentive payments.
  • Prepare and distribute Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plans and support the administration of annual merit and variable compensation cycles.
  • Complete global salary survey submissions, analyze market data, and translate survey findings into actionable compensation insights.
  • Conduct competitive compensation benchmarking, financial modeling, statistical analysis, and program costing to support compensation decisions.
  • Prepare clear charts, reports, presentations, and data visualizations related to compensation, benefits, and HR analytics initiatives.
  • Partner effectively with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve compensation-related questions and support accurate, timely program execution.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential compensation information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
