Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue operations analytics, commercial finance analytics, or a closely related analytical function.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience working with pricing, revenue, commercial, or financial data.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as BigQuery, Excel, Looker, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and self-service reporting solutions.
  • SQL experience is an asset, particularly when working with large or complex datasets.
  • Strong critical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to identify underlying drivers, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling commercially sensitive data and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into concise, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple analytical projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong technical proficiency with business productivity tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pricing analytics and performance reporting covering ARPU trends, margins by solution and channel, portfolio health, and other key commercial metrics.
  • Analyze rate plan performance, pricing mix, regional and customer-segment trends to identify actionable insights and opportunities.
  • Evaluate non-standard pricing and commercial terms to identify potential revenue leakage and areas for improvement.
  • Use quantitative analysis and data modeling to develop pricing strategy recommendations and support strategic business decisions.
  • Build and maintain self-service pricing dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams.
  • Conduct competitive and market pricing analysis to inform pricing strategy and commercial planning.
  • Partner with data and business teams to ensure pricing data infrastructure enables accurate, consistent, and repeatable reporting.
  • Establish and maintain pricing governance documentation, including pricing structures, policy changes, analytical methodologies, and performance outcomes.
