Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex compensation calculations.
- Experience driving process improvements and building scalable, repeatable business processes.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally across operations, finance, and data teams.
- Proven experience in performance management and team leadership.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to build work relationships and drive unity.
Responsibilities
- Own the accurate and timely calculation of physician compensation for national remote radiology practices.
- Serve as a bridge between operations, finance, and data by translating complex business models into structured analyses.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, calculations, and processes by partnering cross-functionally.
- Lead workflows supporting intercompany billing and settlement processes.
- Develop tools and enhance reporting to build a scalable, future-state compensation function.
- Provide day-to-day performance management, coaching, and career development to direct reports.
