Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional services experience
- Minimum 2 years in business process analysis and solution design with emphasis on Accounting and Finance
- Experience leading or participating in 5–10 multi-phased NetSuite ERP implementations
- Experience in project or team coordination including meeting scheduling and preparation
- Experience in capturing critical meeting information and documentation organization
- Experience in managing multiple schedules and tasks
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements unsupervised
- Experience working within the framework of a scope of work
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Demonstrated ability to use firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity
- CPA qualification preferred or actively working towards CPA designation
- NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant Certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced experience in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Responsibilities
- Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate complex client requirements
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions to determine configuration requirements
- Lead consulting engagements including high level process analysis, process recommendations, and transactional flow analysis
- Evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests, identifying out-of-scope requests and setting expectations
- Perform or delegate data migration services including data cleansing, file manipulation, and file mapping
- Deliver training and consulting services to clients via onsite and web-based formats
- Maintain process diagrams, documentation, and leading practices for NetSuite configuration
- Define user-acceptance-testing scenarios and ensure successful completion through the implementation process
- Contribute to developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions in accordance with firm data policies
