Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles.
- Proven experience working in technology startup, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume hiring and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies and talent decisions.
- Direct experience building or coordinating onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (Rippling, LinkedIn, and Gem experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve recruiting and HR operations.
- Ability to support basic IT coordination and user account provisioning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle global recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing and screening through offer management.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define workforce needs, recruiting strategies, and hiring priorities.
- Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A functions.
- Utilize recruiting data, metrics, and market intelligence to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
- Coordinate and improve onboarding and offboarding processes for a consistent employee experience.
- Support People Operations initiatives including employee engagement, virtual events, and culture-building.
- Assist with light IT coordination, including system access provisioning and account setup.
- Lead projects to improve HR workflows and drive technology adoption.
