Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in growth, development, membership, or operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience with a record of successful delivery.
  • Experience driving growth initiatives or achieving recruitment objectives, ideally in a membership-based organization.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize concurrent projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for working with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support Growth Membership Managers across four global regions by synthesizing meeting notes and identifying recruitment trends.
  • Prepare growth summaries, trend reports, and insights for senior leadership to support strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Manage internal communication channels and produce newsletters for growth stakeholders.
  • Oversee the application and launch preparation process for new chapters.
  • Track and coordinate membership applications and prospects to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Conduct monthly audits, manage surveys, and analyze engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a primary liaison across recruitment, engagement, and accelerator functions.
