Requirements

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in growth, development, membership, or operations.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience with a record of successful delivery.
- Experience driving growth initiatives or achieving recruitment objectives, ideally in a membership-based organization.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and execute strategic plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize concurrent projects.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for working with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support Growth Membership Managers across four global regions by synthesizing meeting notes and identifying recruitment trends.
- Prepare growth summaries, trend reports, and insights for senior leadership to support strategic alignment.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Manage internal communication channels and produce newsletters for growth stakeholders.
- Oversee the application and launch preparation process for new chapters.
- Track and coordinate membership applications and prospects to ensure adherence to standards.
- Conduct monthly audits, manage surveys, and analyze engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a primary liaison across recruitment, engagement, and accelerator functions.
