Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of progressive broad-based compensation experience in high-growth, global environments.
- Strongly preferred experience working within a global public pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or similarly complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders.
- Deep expertise in market pricing, compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, and job evaluation.
- International compensation experience, particularly supporting EMEA, LATAM, and/or APAC markets.
- Strong knowledge of compensation data sources and survey frameworks (e.g., Aon/Radford, Mercer, WTW).
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven guidance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead compensation advisor for complex and globally distributed business areas.
- Build a deep understanding of business strategies and regional market conditions to anticipate compensation needs.
- Develop market-informed recommendations that balance competitiveness, internal equity, and global consistency.
- Lead the global compensation market intelligence strategy and management of survey providers.
- Own and enhance global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Lead annual market reviews and manage annual compensation planning and pay equity processes.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
