Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • At least 3 years in a Microsoft alliance, partner, or co-sell leadership role.
  • Deep, current understanding of Microsoft's field coverage model and decision-making processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial marketplace, Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) mechanics, MAICPP, Frontier Acceleration, and ECIF.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling partner-led and co-sell motions.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets in complex environments.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft AI and Copilot ecosystem.
  • Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Execute global co-sell strategy across the product portfolio, translating partnership priorities into actionable sales programs and field initiatives.
  • Develop and execute joint sales plays with Microsoft's Enterprise, SME&C, and Global Partner Solutions organizations to increase pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
  • Expand marketplace presence and structure enterprise engagements to align with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments.
  • Maximize participation in Microsoft partner programs and incentives including MAICPP, ECIF, and Frontier Acceleration.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across Microsoft sales and marketing organizations.
  • Define, monitor, and report key partnership performance indicators including Microsoft-influenced revenue and co-sell pipeline.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure partnership initiatives deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
