Requirements

- Experience using email marketing platforms to create and distribute campaigns or newsletters.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong design, content creation, or social media capabilities.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and other visual assets for social media, email, websites, and marketing collateral using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Plan, develop, and schedule social media content across relevant platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Write, edit, and refine copy for social media posts, blog content, promotional materials, and other marketing communications.
- Draft, design, and schedule marketing emails and newsletters, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor key marketing metrics such as engagement, email open rates, and click-through rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, tone, and visual presentation across marketing channels.
- Support campaign planning, coordination, and maintenance of content calendars.
- Partner with Sales by developing campaigns, messaging, and content that support outreach and prospecting initiatives.
- Use marketing and content tools efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Explore emerging AI-assisted content creation and optimization techniques to improve marketing workflows and output.
