Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise product management experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML products, including generative AI and agentic AI.
- 3+ years of experience launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML technologies including generative AI, agentic systems, NLP, and RAG.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and evaluate trade-offs.
- Strong ownership mentality with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical teams and senior executives.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product management workflows.
- Experience establishing frameworks and metrics that promote AI accuracy and responsible use.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or security operations is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel internationally or domestically up to approximately 15%.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision and strategy for Purple AI and next-generation agentic security capabilities.
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through 0-to-1 development, launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Use product metrics, user research, market intelligence, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and build a customer-centric roadmap.
- Architect product approaches for generative and agentic AI experiences, balancing technical complexity, usability, safety, quality, and business value.
- Establish and refine online and offline evaluation metrics that measure AI quality and customer-perceived value.
- Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to translate product strategy into scalable AI capabilities and ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and documentation teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
- Act as a senior product leader and partner to executive stakeholders, communicating complex technical and strategic concepts clearly.
