Job Details

2+ years of experience in digital marketing production, content production, video editing, social media, or virtual assistance.
Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Proficiency in following detailed SOPs, checklists, templates, and established workflows.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and AI-powered platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Canva, Descript, AI video tools, ChatGPT, Claude, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and YouTube.
Basic video editing and social media publishing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
Reliable computer and internet connection for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.

Produce and prepare long-form podcast and YouTube content including video cleanup, transcript correction, and publishing.
Review and correct AI-generated transcripts for spelling, terminology, and formatting accuracy.
Create and prepare short-form video assets for Reels, Shorts, and Stories using AI-assisted tools.
Produce recurring Canva graphics ensuring brand consistency and accurate formatting.
Manage social media scheduling and verify assets across multiple platforms.
Upload content to Google Business Profiles and maintain accurate completion records.
Track production tasks within ClickUp using standardized SOPs and checklists.
Maintain organized digital asset structures in Google Drive.
Identify and escalate potential technical or branding issues to maintain content quality.
