Requirements

- Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of process optimization and project management
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and wear multiple hats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or comfort using AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and data analysis
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Playvox is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support workforce management planning for phone teams, working closely with vendors
- Assist with forecasting, reporting, and vendor communication
- Analyze tools (including AI) and performance trends to optimize call efficiency and drive financial KPIs
- Validate invoices based on partner hourly contributions on a monthly basis
- Optimize staffing plans across multiple teams, managing unique KPIs and headcount planning
- Build reports to improve performance visibility, vendor accountability, and strategic decision-making
