Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience, ideally in a high-velocity technology or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams.
- Proven ability to manage external partners, vendors, and customers.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborative leader with strong judgment, accountability, and follow-through.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub (preferred).
- Healthcare industry experience, including HIPAA familiarity (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate roadmap priorities into executable engineering plans.
- Lead the planning and execution of technical projects across the software development life cycle.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Track dependencies across engineering workstreams and proactively resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate releases and technical initiatives across web, mobile, API, and backend teams.
- Facilitate technical discussions and drive alignment when teams encounter complex decisions.
- Serve as a key technical point of contact for external partners, customers, and stakeholders.
