Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in a high-velocity technology or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle from requirements through deployment.
- Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple engineering teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions with engineers.
- Experience managing external partners, vendors, or customers.
- Healthcare or regulated environment experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Linear, or GitHub is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate roadmap priorities into executable engineering plans.
- Lead the planning and execution of technical projects across the software development life cycle.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Track dependencies across multiple engineering workstreams and proactively resolve blockers.
- Coordinate releases and technical initiatives across web, mobile, API, and backend teams.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
