Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with at least 5 years in external client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects through the full lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of project management practices including scheduling, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and change management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, or PCI.
- Understanding of SecOps, vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and continuous monitoring.
- Experience with Hybrid, Agile, or iterative delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including experience with executive audiences.
- Experience using automation, workflow technologies, or AI-enabled tools to improve processes.
- Ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to technical and consulting capability development.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects across the full lifecycle, managing scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, dependencies, risks, and delivery performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and engagement teams, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Coordinate cloud design, build, and managed operations activities across technical and operational workstreams.
- Facilitate project status meetings covering schedules, technical requirements, action items, risks, and issues.
- Partner with leadership to improve project management procedures, reporting practices, and delivery performance.
- Leverage automation, workflow technologies, and AI-enabled tools to improve project visibility and efficiency.
- Apply cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks to guide client decisions and balance security with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to strengthen technical delivery and project management capabilities.
