Job Details

3–6 years of experience running finance and accounting operations for US clients or companies.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA).
Proven experience personally owning AP or AR processes for a US entity.
Working knowledge of US compliance concepts (1099s, franchise tax, sales tax).
Working knowledge of India statutory compliance (GST, TDS).
Daily hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Rillet, or similar GL software.
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent written English for asynchronous communication.
Based in India with availability for late-evening or early-morning IST calls.
Strong plus: CA Inter or newly qualified CA.
Strong plus: SaaS billing and enterprise procurement portal (SAP Ariba/Coupa) experience.

Manage the full AP cycle for US and India entities including vendor onboarding and payment runs.
Issue customer invoices, track collections, and manage submissions through procurement portals like SAP Ariba and Coupa.
Review order forms and maintain renewals calendars in HubSpot as part of deal desk support.
Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and workpapers for month-end close in Rillet.
Compile data for investor updates, board materials, and KPI reporting.
Ensure US compliance including 1099s, sales tax via Anrok, and state registrations.
Oversee India statutory filings including GST, TDS, and MCA/ROC requirements.
Handle daily finance tasks like expense management, banking hygiene, and ad hoc reporting.
