Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Business Analysis, or a closely related analytical function.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is preferred.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports covering revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Monitor KPIs across multiple business units and conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
- Build financial models, forecasts, budgets, and analytical tools to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop executive dashboards and management reports that provide clear visibility into business performance.
- Evaluate pricing, occupancy, booking channels, customer segments, and operational metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor research and translate findings into recommendations.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and automate tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
