Requirements

- Proven track record of delivering complex products, platforms, or systems in fast-moving environments.
- Strong technical judgment and ability to participate in both engineering and product discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and turn complex problems into actionable plans.
- Strong experience partnering with Product and Design to shape solutions and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with a practical, execution-oriented approach.
- Experience with modern cloud-native technologies and engineering practices.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment and collaborating asynchronously.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an engineering team by providing clear direction, context, coaching, feedback, and support.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape effective solutions and align technical possibilities with business needs.
- Own delivery from problem definition through execution, ensuring priorities and expected outcomes remain clear.
- Establish predictable and sustainable execution through thoughtful planning and proactive risk management.
- Provide technical leadership, making informed architectural decisions while remaining close to the work.
- Maintain high standards for engineering quality, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and continuous delivery.
- Improve engineering practices and processes across the organization.
- Support engineers in utilizing modern development technologies, including AI-assisted tools.
