Requirements
- Medical Assistant Course Completion Diploma or CMA designation.
- At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
- At least 1 year of EMR experience (eClinicalWorks preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- High level of professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient enrollment, assist with device setup, and provide education on remote monitoring technology.
- Ensure devices are properly configured, calibrated, and maintained.
- Oversee the collection, transmission, and storage of patient data.
- Monitor patient data, analyze trends, identify health status changes, and escalate issues to providers.
- Develop strategies to engage patients and promote adherence to monitoring protocols.
- Conduct quality checks and audits of monitoring data and processes.
- Enter documentation into electronic health records in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and IT staff to optimize care delivery.
