Requirements
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
- Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection (Satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported).
- Ability to quickly learn custom software, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or working with minimal peer interactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
- Punctuality and ability to attend all scheduled shifts for their full duration.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform manual tasks on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner regarding end-of-life care and quality-of-life care.
- Address inquiries regarding pets experiencing behavioral challenges such as aggression or bite incidents.
- Provide high-level customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families.
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment.
- Gather and accurately document pet medical information.
- Schedule appointments effectively while adhering to performance and quality standards.
