Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar generalist role.
- Track record managing HR processes and compliance across at least 2 to 3 different countries.
- Hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs across multiple regions.
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or HiBob.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting policies and formal documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail regarding compliance.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of labor law in Lithuania, the UK, France, India, or Singapore preferred.
- Experience working with EOR providers for international hiring preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across Lithuania, the US, UK, France, India, and Singapore.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Partner with local payroll providers, legal counsel, and EOR partners to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Monitor statutory requirements regarding leave, termination, and working hours in each jurisdiction.
- Administer benefits enrollment, renewals, and broker negotiations.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and prepare audit-ready employee records.
- Draft and localize HR contracts, offer letters, policies, and the employee handbook.
- Generate HR metrics and reports while identifying opportunities to standardize global processes.
