Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications using Swift.
- 3+ years in a formal engineering management or technical leadership position managing mobile engineers.
- Exposure to Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, or Android architecture).
- Experience leading mission-critical, offline-first mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of Swift 5.x, SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, CoreLocation, Background Tasks, Xcode, Git, Figma, and TestFlight.
- Experience with CI/CD and mobile automation tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
- Working knowledge of RESTful services, JSON, authentication, data synchronization, and WebViews.
- Strong understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Experience with automated testing (XCTest, UI testing).
- Experience with hybrid/cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, .NET MAUI, Ionic/Capacitor).
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of mobile engineers.
- Set technical direction for mobile application development across iOS, Android, and hybrid or cross-platform technologies.
- Partner with Product to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Lead the development of mission-critical, offline-first mobile applications.
- Establish engineering best practices and architectural standards.
- Review technical designs and guide architectural decisions involving MVVM, Clean Architecture, and REST APIs.
- Support production issue management using tools like Instabug and Firebase.
