Requirements
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services or law firm environment.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language.
- Strong understanding of relational database structure, normalization, and writing Microsoft SQL Server queries.
- Competency in problem solving, customer focus, collaboration, and quality assurance.
- Preferred: Expert proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and Parquet.
- Preferred: Experience with ETL concepts, Data Warehousing, and Sisense reporting tool.
- Preferred: Experience with Legal systems such as Aderant, Elite, or iManage.
- Preferred: Technical experience with Dell Boomi, Azure Data Factory, IIS, and SSL.
- Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, KeyVault, and Logic Apps.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and install legal/accounting/consulting systems and enterprise solutions.
- Own the end-to-end implementation process including project scoping, planning, configuration, and deployment.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide architecture expertise for client integrations.
- Migrate on-premises solutions to the Cloud using REST services and perform production system upgrades.
- Manage client communication and set project expectations while ensuring high billable utilization.
- Develop and implement integrations using AD, SQL Server, flat files, XML, and APIs.
- Train end users on new software rollouts to ensure full system adoption.
