Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web products.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Deep expertise in SQL and PostgreSQL, including relational modeling, migrations, and row-level security.
- Experience designing typed APIs (RPC or REST) and implementing authentication and authorization flows.
- Fluent with Git, CI/CD, and a test-driven development workflow.
- Proven track record of independently owning a production product and managing operational tasks.
- Strong technical writing skills for documenting decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable inheriting and improving existing codebases.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across the full stack using Postgres and tRPC in a Turborepo monorepo.
- Manage third-party integrations including Cal.com, Zoom, Stripe, and Twilio.
- Ship features from spec to production using CI workflows including typechecking, linting, and Playwright integration suites.
- Maintain data security by extending row-level security and managing the audit trail for sensitive data.
- Develop and maintain the Next.js marketing site to ensure alignment with existing Webflow pages.
- Prioritize, plan, and deliver product features independently as the sole engineer.
