Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to architect and design full-stack solutions end to end.
- Excellent technical knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design and migrations).
- Expertise in microservices, messaging architectures, and protocols (gRPC, pub/sub, event streaming, WebSockets).
- Experience with containerized technologies (Docker).
- Sound understanding of CI/CD and secure DevOps practices.
- Practical, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Based in or near Metro Manila.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of products from concept through delivery, quality, and operation.
- Contribute to product direction, problem definition, and design/delivery decisions.
- Follow and improve an AI-assisted software development lifecycle for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Operate within enforced engineering standards and automated quality gates.
- Ensure contributions meet platform requirements for correctness, security, and auditability.
- Contribute to development process improvements and mentor colleagues.
