Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business systems, sales/revenue operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with Excel skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Zapier, Vitally, DocSend)
- Comfortable creating and supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, or quantitative field preferred
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing and ad hoc reporting needs to help revenue leaders and sales reps understand performance and identify opportunities
- Help design and improve processes using tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, and others
- Assist in creating programming and materials for onboarding and enablement, and track effectiveness metrics to scale what works
- Identify ways to improve data integrity and unlock opportunities to drive growth through cleaner, more accessible data
- Work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops to diagnose systems issues, share insights, and improve processes
- Monitor the health and performance of key GTM tools such as Salesloft, Gong, Default, Dialpad, Vitally, and DocSend
- Contribute to strategic projects from kickoff through execution, documenting milestones and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Assist with implementing Cherry’s payment functionality on partner websites like WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix
