Requirements
- Experience implementing and supporting prior authorization automation solutions for provider health systems.
- Background in prior authorization, revenue cycle, or payer connectivity.
- 3+ years in software product management, with demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end roadmap and direct accountability for cross-team execution.
- Hands-on experience with Epic prior authorization integrations (X12 278).
- Working command of FHIR, CDS Hooks, and Da Vinci implementation guides.
- Proven track record of directing or partnering with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver product outcomes.
- Comfort operating as an executive-facing owner presenting to customers and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project and time management across concurrent workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Own and direct the roadmap for the connectivity pillar, including EHR integrations, payer connectivity, and document exchange.
- Set priorities for engineering, interface/integrations, and support teams while holding them accountable for delivery.
- Serve as the executive product owner for customer-facing connectivity outcomes and meet directly with customers to shape solutions.
- Define technical and product standards for data interfaces including X12 278, FHIR, and CDS Hooks.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to coordinate go-to-market plans for new connectivity capabilities.
- Own product documentation, implementation guides, and success criteria definitions.
- Analyze product data to evaluate performance, run experiments, and report outcomes to leadership.
