Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B HR technology, sourcing, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to own cross-functional strategies and ship major products at scale.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data and market intelligence.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Figma, Looker, and Mixpanel.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of rapid execution and long-term innovation.
- High-agency operator capable of converting ambiguous goals into concrete plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technology related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Apply SME knowledge of B2B customer needs to drive end-to-end product planning and execution.
- Define the B2B roadmap, spanning the native platform and integrations within the HR tech ecosystem.
- Conduct discovery with internal and external stakeholders to validate problems and identify opportunities.
- Optimize customer experience to drive adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead a cross-functional agile product squad to deliver features at scale.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Design and execute experimentation programs, such as A/B testing, to optimize customer journeys.
- Report product performance, roadmap progress, and key risks to leadership.
