Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or analyst relations.
- Background in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in securing tier 1 media coverage.
- Direct experience managing analyst relationships with Gartner and Forrester.
- Proven track record leading global product launch communications.
- Experience advising and media-training C-suite spokespeople.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in high-growth, early-stage startup environments is a plus.
- International communications experience spanning multiple regions is a plus.
- Accredited in Public Relations (APR) or similar certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global PR strategy to drive consistent coverage in tier 1 and tier 2 media.
- Manage relationships with analysts at Gartner, Forrester, and other research firms to secure inclusion in key reports.
- Lead end-to-end communications planning and execution for global product launches.
- Serve as the primary press contact and proactively pitch stories to build market presence.
- Develop executive thought leadership through bylines, speaking opportunities, and award submissions.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align messaging with product roadmaps.
- Lead crisis and issues communications to protect company reputation.
- Track and report PR/AR performance metrics to leadership.
