Requirements
- 8+ years working as a campaign strategist in B2B or tech.
- Management experience with the ability to inspire a team of strategists.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage.
- Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, sales processes, and stakeholders in B2B tech.
- Proven experience building and delivering on integrated programs.
- Experience managing all tools, processes, and assets for campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with ability to use data for resource allocation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to drive alignment and set expectations across cross-functional teams and executives.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Set a strategic vision for global campaign structure, operations, and execution for top campaign motions.
- Be accountable to company leadership on the effectiveness of all global campaigns and programs.
- Design and execute strategic end-to-end campaigns that engage and convert prospective buyers.
- Partner with product marketing, content, brand, and regional teams to create impactful campaign themes and messaging.
- Build scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks for global consistency.
- Track and measure program results, reporting metrics to stakeholders and executives.
- Infuse AI frameworks into the campaign model to improve content creation, speed, and quality.
- Manage and allocate budget for campaign production resources across all personas and needs.
- Manage a global team spanning multiple regions.
