Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years managing programs in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Hands-on NPD (New Product Development) and NPI (New Product Introduction) experience.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Technical knowledge of CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly.
- Proven ability to lead complex, technical engagements with aerospace and robotics clients.
- Strong program, risk, and time management abilities with a structured approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 11–25% (domestic and international) for customer sites and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with aerospace and robotics customers.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to scope, plan, and execute complex customer programs.
- Identify and address risks during design and production phases to keep projects on track.
- Provide critical guidance on aerospace and robotics requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Optimize production timelines, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead status meetings and keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals.
- Champion new manufacturing technologies and techniques to speed development and improve delivery.
