Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or applicable business field.
- 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working with state and federal pricing, reporting, and rebate programs.
- Proven experience working in mandated deadline environments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High accuracy rate and attention to detail for executive-level deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel techniques like pivot tables and data importing.
- Ability to learn standard industry systems environments.
- Experience maintaining compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational rules.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing client relationships and resolve specific issues.
- Review and approve all client billings.
- Calculate and file federal drug program prices including BP, AMP, ASP, PHS/340B, NFAMP, FCP/FSS, IFF, and URA.
- Handle complex Government Pricing concepts such as bundles, discount reallocation, pro-ration, and smoothing.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly source data reconciliation to ensure compliant report submission.
- Maintain valid customer Class of Trades assignments per regulations.
- Lead client price calculation and restatement efforts.
- Manage, mentor, and develop government program analysts.
