Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or applicable business field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working with state and federal pricing, reporting, and rebate programs.
  • Proven experience working in mandated deadline environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client assignments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High accuracy rate and attention to detail for executive-level deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel techniques like pivot tables and data importing.
  • Ability to learn standard industry systems environments.
  • Experience maintaining compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational rules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing client relationships and resolve specific issues.
  • Review and approve all client billings.
  • Calculate and file federal drug program prices including BP, AMP, ASP, PHS/340B, NFAMP, FCP/FSS, IFF, and URA.
  • Handle complex Government Pricing concepts such as bundles, discount reallocation, pro-ration, and smoothing.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly source data reconciliation to ensure compliant report submission.
  • Maintain valid customer Class of Trades assignments per regulations.
  • Lead client price calculation and restatement efforts.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop government program analysts.
