Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, organizational development, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience conducting organizational studies, gap analyses, or program effectiveness assessments.
- Experience with LLMs, digital health, and artificial intelligence tools.
- Experience developing training materials, guidance documents, or process improvement recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in ISRM's AI cross-functional team standing meetings and track progress against core goals.
- Provide recommendations to support the development, review, and finalization of policies governing responsible AI use.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to use AI tools to streamline staff workload.
- Deliver or support the delivery of education and training materials on responsible AI tool usage.
- Track and report on project status, including policy updates and training adoption.
- Conduct organizational studies assessing existing policies and performance plans relative to AI modernization.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to assess staff experience with AI adoption efforts.
