Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or fast-paced international environments.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with talent mapping and direct outreach.
- Ability to recruit across tech, marketing, finance, and other corporate functions.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to advise, influence, and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide consultative guidance.
- Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidate alignment.
- Manage the full candidate journey to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and research.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and contribute to system improvements.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to employer branding and broader cross-functional recruitment initiatives.
