Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of eSIM technology, applications, and operational use cases.
- Solid knowledge of mobile roaming concepts including passive, active, and sponsored roaming.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project planning (scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risk management).
- Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex, geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Mobile Core, OSS, and BSS network technologies is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-visibility, multi-stakeholder projects supporting strategic business objectives and market expansion.
- Coordinate internal deliverables and external vendor activities to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Act as primary project management interface for mobile networks, suppliers, and service partners internationally.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, establishing proactive mitigation plans.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and cross-functional coordination across Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Manage technical integration activities to ensure new mobile networks align with existing platform milestones.
- Apply project management best practices to strengthen governance, reporting, and execution discipline.
