Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in email marketing, campaign or marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CleverTap, SendGrid, or similar ESP, marketing-automation, or CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of email metrics such as open rate, CTR, deliverability, bounce, and unsubscribe.
- Experience with audience segmentation, list management, and building automation, drip, and triggered workflows.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment-led optimization.
- Working knowledge of deliverability fundamentals, including sender reputation and email authentication.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong QA discipline for error-free execution.
- Analytical mindset capable of turning campaign data into reporting and actionable insights.
- Basic HTML and email template editing skills are a plus.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (DevOps, Cloud, AI) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of email campaigns including brief, build, QA, scheduling, send, and post-send analysis.
- Build and manage campaigns in platforms such as HubSpot, CleverTap, SendGrid, or similar ESP and marketing-automation tools.
- Ideate email campaigns and contribute to messaging, offers, and the send calendar.
- Own the email calendar and ensure timely, error-free execution.
- Monitor email metrics to protect and grow engagement, including open rates, CTR, and bounce rates.
- Design and run A/B tests to turn results into repeatable best practices.
- Maintain email hygiene, deliverability, sender reputation, and authentication protocols (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Build and maintain automated drip, lifecycle, and triggered journeys.
- QA every send for rendering, links, personalization, and segmentation.
- Track and report campaign performance through dashboards with insights and recommendations.
