Job Details

Experience: 2–3 years of DME experience

Requirements

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
Minimum 2–3 years of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience.
Active licensure in Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, Arizona, New Jersey, or West Virginia.
Strong proficiency in mask types, resupply guidelines, and PAP best practices.
Experience with virtual education, troubleshooting, and mask fitting.
Knowledge of HME (Home Medical Equipment) specific to sleep apnea.
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and cloud-based compliance systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities.
Conduct virtual machine setups for CPAP and BiPAP devices.
Titrate CPAP/BiPAP pressure following clinical guidelines.
Monitor patient compliance data from cloud-connected PAP devices.
Perform virtual mask fittings and provide optimization recommendations.
Educate patients on proper usage, cleaning, and maintenance of PAP equipment.
Guide patients through resupply schedules for masks, cushions, filters, and tubing.
Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and troubleshooting in internal systems.
