- At least 10 years of automotive mechanic or technician experience, or an associate degree combined with at least 4 years of relevant automotive technician or mechanic experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in automotive technology or engineering preferred.
- At least 10 years of automotive mechanic experience (or 4 years with an associate degree).
- Demonstrated experience in technical instruction and hands-on training.
- Experience working with liquid propane gas (LPG) and/or compressed or liquefied natural gas (CNG/LNG).
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing OBD-II engine and drivability concerns.
- Proficiency with OBD diagnostic scan tools and interpreting diagnostic data.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Valid motor vehicle record.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, primarily throughout the Southeast United States.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to customer locations and service centers across the United States and Canada.
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues and provide remote diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Deliver hands-on technical training and classroom instruction to service personnel.
- Support engineering initiatives by collecting vehicle data, product information, and emissions-related data.
- Create and review installation manuals, service documentation, and marketing content in collaboration with internal teams.
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
