Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience using data analysis or data-mining tools, particularly SQL.
- Strong attention to detail, quality consciousness, and an operational mindset.
- Ability to analyze business problems and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with stakeholders or teams across different time zones.
- Experience contributing to or leading the delivery of analytical results to internal or external clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Master’s degree, MBA, or PGDM.
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceuticals, managed markets consulting, healthcare analytics, or operations.
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate client business issues, operating rules, and data requirements.
- Execute operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Develop subject-matter expertise to translate business needs into operational and technical requirements.
- Perform quality checks and data validations on client deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure timely delivery.
- Support engineering teams with the implementation and testing of operational procedures.
- Manage multiple client and internal tasks simultaneously.
