Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL.
- Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to clients.
- Experience working with people in different time zones.
- Strong detail orientation, quality consciousness, and operational mindset.
- Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in product development, management, or operations is preferred.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets, or Analytics Consulting is an advantage.
- US Healthcare expertise is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate client business issues, rules, data, and standard operating procedures.
- Execute and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational processes.
- Build subject matter expertise and apply it to operational processes.
- Perform quality checks and validations on all deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist the engineering team in implementing and testing new or updated operational procedures.
- Conduct secondary research and investigate client inquiries related to operational deliveries.
