Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL.
- Detail orientation, quality consciousness, and an operational mindset.
- Ability to clearly communicate client business issues, data, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience working with people in different time-zones.
- Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to internal or external clients.
- Preferred: Masters degree, MBA/PGDM, or equivalent.
- Preferred: Product development, management, or operations experience.
- Preferred: US Healthcare expertise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Data Analyst and Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items.
- Understand, execute, and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational processes and business rules.
- Apply quality checks and validations on all deliverables and report results.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time-zones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist the engineering team by providing operational knowledge and testing new or updated procedures.
- Maintain documentation for efficient operational models.
- Conduct secondary research and investigate client questions related to operational deliveries.
